6am in the early hours, tourist boat sleep in port, while serveral fishing boats sail out for their working day. Around this time, the tranquil Ancient Tower Garden in the midst of Yen Tu Mountain is still drenched in early morning drew, ưaiting for theo first pillgrims.

8am The first 6- seat cable car climbs up to Hoa Yen Pogoda on Yen Tu Mountain. At the same time, down on Bai Chay Beach, souvenir shops and food store are opening- up for business, thought most of the tourists are rushing around to start their trips out in the bay.

10am in the midst of Halong bay, a group of tourists are kayaking; discovering islets and grottos around Ba Ham Lake on Dau Be Island, about 25 km south-west of the mainland. On Ngoc Vung Beach, Ngoc Vung Island- 6 hours away from Bai Chay Beach- a fisher man laboriously hunts for oysrers.

12pm Yen Trung Lake is a new tourist destination located in Phuong Dong Comnune, Uong Bi town, about 30 km from Ha Long. Allthought the sightseeing here very appealling, not many tourist know about this area. But make the efford to come here and you'll have chance to discover small islets scarattered in the lake, go fishing, or enjoy ''Ruou Can" (communal rice wine) in thatched stilt houses of Vietnamese minority peoples. On Tuan Chau Island, 4 km south- west of HaLong City, waiters and waitresses attired in traditional costume are busily wellcoming guest and serving Vietnamese traditional speciallities in the 500- seat Vietnamese Royal restaurant.

02 pm Visitting MeCung Grotto in Lam Bo Island, near 1- hour boat ride away from Bai Chay Beach. The grotto contains numerous archaeological object fro the Soi Nhu period, dating back around 25,000 to 7,000 years ago and fossillised layers ò Melisa and Colina shell, from 4,000 years ago.

4pm One of the most attractive and strong points ò HaLong is its vast number of beautiful beachs with powdery white sand and clẻa azure water, located on isolated islands across the bay. 6pm the sunset paints a golden colour over scenic spots on Quan Lan Island, 8 to 10 hours boat ride away
